If you know proteins that are involved in phase separation, you can deposit them into PhaSePro either by filling out the form below (simplified submission with only basic information), or by filling out the full annotation document based on the annotation guidelines (download links below). The proteins submitted by users are not immediately visible in the database, they first need to be approved by one of the curators. Please read the annotation guidelines before you start annotating new entries.
